Training:
All participants are encouraged to prepare themselves for the fun run by training in advance! Several training programs can be found online by googling "training for a 5K". Please consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise regime.

Fletcher Community Park - every wednesday at 7:00PM
Organized by Diamond Brand the running group meets every Wednesday at 7 pm and offering a beginner's group that runs about 3 miles, and an intermediate group that runs about 7 miles. The first two runs of each month are at Fletcher Community park and we meet by the park shelter, and the last two runs of the month are TBA (determined by feedback from group members on where they want to run for the last 2 runs of the month).
