Conservation Celebration Reservations

Reservations are $75 per person.

How to make your reservation:

• Online via the PayPal button below.
• Call 828-697-5777 and pay via credit card over the phone.
• Mail a check to our office (847 Case St Hendersonville NC 28792) with a note indicating the number of reservations, names of attendees, and if any of the attendees prefer a vegetarian meal. 

Rain Policy:  Due to the secluded setting of this year’s venue, cancellation may be necessary in the event of heavy rain.  If we cancel, your non-refundable reservation becomes fully tax-deductible.  Notice of cancellation will be available on our website and/or outgoing phone message after 5pm on Friday September 30th.
